Alice’s Chicken Italiano
Serves six to eight.

not counting the time for marinating.

INGREDIENTS:

1 bottle of flavorful
Italian dressing
·

green pepper, finely chopped
·

small onion, diced
·
¼ cup
minced garlic
·

cans (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained

1 cup
dry red wine, such as Cabernet or Chianti.

½ cup
freshly grated Parmesan cheese
